Matched by real hot tub techs
A hot tub tech checks your model, labels and photos against the right part for your spa before we quote, so you avoid wrong orders and return hassles.
Acrylic, swim spa and inflatable
One place for heaters, pumps, control packs, topsides, filters, covers and lifters across most major spa brands.
Price and fit confirmed first
A tech confirms the part fits your spa, and you see the price before you pay. Nothing is ordered until you approve the quote.
Help after it arrives
Shipping and tracking updates by email, a check-in after delivery, and if a part we sold you doesn't fix the problem, your follow-up video call is half price.
How ordering a part works
Five simple steps. No guessing from part photos, no wrong orders.
- 1
Send your model and part info
Use the form below. A clear photo of the spa's model label, plus the sticker on the old part (pump, heater, control pack or filter), is the best thing you can send.
- 2
A tech identifies the exact part
We match it to your spa, control system, voltage and plumbing size, so you don't end up with a part that almost fits.
- 3
Quote, typically within 1 business day
Your quote typically arrives by email within 1 business day (24 hours), with the price, availability and shipping options. A tech confirms fit with you, and nothing is ordered until you approve.
- 4
Pay by secure link
Approve the quote and pay through a secure Square payment link. Your card details never touch our site.
- 5
It ships to you
We offer multiple shipping options depending on availability (in stock, back order or special order). Your quote shows the options and timing. We email you tracking when it ships and check in after it arrives.
Where to find your model, serial and part numbers
This is the most useful thing you can send us. One clear photo of the label (or the sticker on the old part) is perfect.
Acrylic hot tub or swim spa
- The spa's model and serial label is usually inside the equipment bay, on the cabinet frame or the control pack, or on the skirt. Your owner's manual or receipt also lists the model.
- Pumps, heaters and control packs each have their own label with a part number, voltage and horsepower or wattage. Photograph those too.
- Turn the spa off at its GFCI or breaker before you open the equipment bay to look.
- Topside panels often have a part number on the back. If it's still mounted, a photo of the front is fine.
Inflatable or soft-sided spa
- Look on the pump / heater unit itself (often underneath or on the back) and on the liner near the valve.
- The box and your owner's manual list the model, and the filter cartridge has its own size or type marking.
- Unplug the pump unit before you lift or turn it to read the label.

Common sign: Water dripping under the pump, or weak flow from a motor that runs fine.
Air blowers
Spa air blowers and check valves, matched to your control and voltage.
Common sign: Blower won't run, or water has backed up into it.
Controls
Control packs and topsides
The brains of the spa, and the panel you press. See the full control packs and topsides guide.
Control packs (spa packs)
Complete control systems from Balboa, Gecko and others, matched to your spa's equipment, voltage and configuration.
Common sign: A tech has confirmed the control is at fault (stuck relays, memory or configuration errors, burnt board).

Replacement main boards for many control systems, when the rest of the pack is sound.
Common sign: Dead pack with power present, or repeated errors a tech traces to the board.
Topside control panels
Topside panels matched to your control system's connector and features.
Common sign: Blank, flickering or unresponsive panel, or water inside the display.

Inflatable spa filter cartridges
Cartridges for inflatable spas such as Lay-Z-Spa and Intex, matched to your pump unit.
Common sign: Flow errors (E02, E90) that clear with the cartridge removed.

Skimmer and filter housings, lids, baskets and standpipes for many spa models.
Common sign: Cracked lid or basket, or a standpipe that won't seal.
Ozonators & UV
Ozone generators, injectors and UV units matched to your spa and control.

Not sure which part you need?
Show a hot tub tech on a video call. Point your phone at the topside, the equipment bay (with the power off) and the model label, and the tech tells you what's wrong and which part to order, before you spend money on the wrong one. Video calls start at $49.
Hot tub parts questions
How do I know which hot tub part I need?
Send us your spa's brand, model and serial number, plus a photo of the label on the old part, and describe what it's doing (including any code on the topside). A hot tub tech matches the part to your exact spa before we quote. If you're not sure what's wrong, a short video call lets a tech look at it with you first.
Do you sell parts for inflatable spas?
Yes. We source filter cartridges and other parts for inflatable and soft-sided spas, as well as heaters, pumps, control packs, topsides, filters, covers and lifters for acrylic hot tubs and swim spas.
Do you sell OEM or aftermarket parts?
We find the correct OEM or compatible part for your spa, and your quote tells you which one it is. Prefer the original manufacturer's (OEM) part only? Just say so in the notes and we'll quote OEM.
How fast will I get a quote?
Quotes typically arrive by email within 1 business day (24 hours). Parts with complicated lookups can take a little longer, and we'll let you know if yours does.
How much does a hot tub part cost, and how do I pay?
It depends on the part and the spa, so every request gets its own quote by email with price and availability. Nothing is ordered until you approve the quote. Then we email you a secure Square payment link; your card details go to Square and never touch our site.
What about shipping, returns and warranty on parts?
Shipping: we offer multiple shipping options depending on the part's availability (in stock, back order or special order), and your quote shows the options and timing. We email you tracking once it ships. Returns: the best return is the one you never need, which is why a hot tub tech confirms the part fits your spa before you pay. If something still isn't right, contact us before sending anything back and we'll work with you; returns are reviewed case by case. Electrical parts (control packs, boards, heaters) and special-order items can't be returned once ordered. Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty only.
Can I install the part myself?
Filters, covers, lifters, overlays and some topside panels are simple. Anything wired at high voltage, like heaters, pumps and control packs, should be installed by a qualified spa technician or licensed electrician, with the spa switched off at its GFCI or breaker. We'll tell you which kind your part is, and help you find a local pro if you need one.
What if the part doesn't fix the problem?
We check in after your part arrives. If a part we sold you doesn't fix the problem, your follow-up video call is half price, so a tech can work out what's next.
Do I need a video call to order a part?
No. If you know what you need, just send the request form. If you're not sure which part it is, a video call with a hot tub tech (starting at $49; you choose the call type when you book) lets a tech identify it before you buy.
